Or will we see Peyton Manning repeat history again—throw three interceptions to a single defender?

Manning is coming off a game where cornerback Antonio Cromartie of the San Diego Chargers just picked him off three times. Manning finished with a total of six interceptions and was sacked twice, losing to the struggling Chargers 23-21.

When the Colts play the Chiefs this Sunday, Peyton Manning will have to see Ty Law once again. The last time the two teams meet, Law picked off Manning twice in the 2007 Wild Card game. Although the Colts won the game 23-8, Manning did not play very well. In the 2004 AFC game against the New England Patriots, Manning threw a four picks—one to Rodney Harrison and three to Ty Law—leaving the Colts a 24-14 loss. We all know that Ty Law is Peyton Manning’s worse nightmare that he fears the most.

Can Peyton Manning possibly have another bad day and throw three picks to a single defender? Say, Ty Law.

Because I'm a Chiefs fan I really hope not, but I'm also a realist and the Chiefs just aren't a very good football team right now. The Chiefs couldn't get the ball in the endzone against a pathetic Denver defense. We've got no offensive tackles that can pass block, which is going to be a big problem against Freeney (Simeon Rice now) and Mathis. Poor Croyle is probably going to get hit a lot this weekend. As far as Ty Law ic concerned, he isn't the same player he was even last year. The Chiefs have been rotating CBs this year to keep him from having to cover the opposing teams #1 reciever. I don't think he'll be much of a factor in the game.

Does the Pope wear a funny hat?

Manning won't repeat his performance against Kansas City. The Chiefs' defense and special teams are no where near the caliber of the Chargers. And, Manning should have Dallas Clark back, maybe even Harrison.

The problem Manning had in San Diego was that he fell behind early and had to abandon the running game. They need that running game to execute their game plan (use the run to set up the pass). Also, Manning only had one starting WR (Reggie Wayne) available and was out of sync with his other receivers. And remember, the Colts almost pulled off a win. If not for a couple of errant field goals, the Colts would be 8 and 1 right now.

The thing is, even with those 6 picks they still should have won that game. That just goes to show hwo good the colts really are. Kinda like the Cowboys games against the Bills earlier this year.

It wont happen again, and The Colts D will shut down KC with ease.

34-6 Colts.

First off The Colts need Harrison.
Second Reggie wasn't established like he is this year.
And last, Manning isn't a idiot, I'm pretty sure he'll remember Law and minimize the passes that gets thrown his way.
Colts will win and once again Establish themselves as the second best team in the league.

Isn't it nice to be playing your 2nd and 3rd stringers and still being on top of the division and beating the so called number one team( NE hahaha) in every aspect of the game but the score?? Watch out when these guys become healthy again.. They are by far the best team in football and even able to play well with their 2nd team..

BTW I'm not a Colts fan but watch out for them when they get healthy around playoff time. Right now they are just treading water trying to get through their injuries but still playing as well as any team out there...

without question. If not for 2 special teams TD, INDY would have beat SD easily. Manning put up 6 INTs and SD got a total of 7 points out of them.

Peyton will never look that bad again, and their defense will hold KC to under 10 points. Easy win this week.

They better and they should....Injuries are killing them, but if they lose three straight...It is going to be a hard climb up...Plus, may find themselves playing on the road for the entire playoffs.....
