Yes...they are only committed to their careers.

I think in part it's due to their career. Going from one movie location to another can not be easy on the most solid of relationships. On the other hand, I saw Billy Crystal get an award last night, and he's been married to the same woman for 41 years. I'd have to agree that it is disturbing, but I think Hollywood stars' lifestyle has a lot to do with it.

Interesting metaphor - except I don't wear underwear.

It doesn't bother me. I say if you're out there and you've got all this fame and money, and you're so far out of touch with life in the real world that you're good with frosting the mug of a different person every few days or weeks or whatever, you should have at it.

And honestly, if I had that fame and money and access to that much hot young tail, I'd probably be like Charlie Sheen on Androtestodianol.

Thanks for the deuce.

FOREVER to alot of people means 2 months! PLUS half the stars arent even wearing underwear- not mentioning any names- BRITTANY! Committment is nothing to alot of these famous people! Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have been together over 25 years but arent technically married. They r married from the heart and thats where it really counts!

I do for the simple fact that children tend to look up to the Hollywood stars and children tend to mimic what they see them doing. I remember years ago, it wasn't news about what celebrity is sleeping with who. The news was informative. When you broadcast the sex life of celebrities, teens tend to see this as something that is good to do. In reality, it is more damaging to the kids but the reporters and tabloids only think of money.

No. What I find disturbing is the amount of attention wasted on Hollywood stars and their exploits.

Get you head out of People Magazine and go tackle important issues and problems.

Yes, it makes them look worse than some of them already are...guess the media plays a big part of making a mountain out of a mole hill too on the situations...you don't find many Hollywood couples exclusive to one another anymore...excepth for the older ones.

It’s all germane - you notice it because they are high profile individuals.

Actually one in 10 ends up divorcing... there are 150,000 inspiring actors and actresses... do the math.

It equals the amount of people changing partners in my office. You should see my office.. It’s a partnering ZOO.

I should write an email on dale, Devi, Robert, Jessie……

Do not worry yourself silly by reading all of that "yellow
media news". Keeping up with the joneses' is a exhausting
and very negative attitude that do not bring any kind of
comfort into our lives. It is more than enough if we keep
alone with OUR OWN family's problems!!!

Believe it or not what you describe is nothing new. The only difference between today and long ago is that the self-worshipers don't even bother with marriage any more. 'Course that's pretty much the case for America itself.
