No, not even close. Put something decent in the AGP slot instead.

Dear why did you choose a SIS chipset motherboard? Forget about Carbon, any higher graphics game will not run on that antiquated onboard card. If I am not wrong you are using a Socket A(462) for AMD processor, board with SiS 741GX Chipset. As per the website of ASrock it has a 8X AGP slot. Go for a Geforce 6200 based AGP card from XFX or Chaintech or whatever manufacturer you can get and the memory should be 256MB or larger. Then you should be able to play higher graphic games. P.S. any version of Carbon original or pirated comes in a DVD so if you don't have a dvd drive try to upgrade to a DVD writer also.
