Have you taken a pregnancy test? Take one to be sure, but it could be the pills. You may still get your period or it could be screwed up from pills, bfing, etc. It took me awhile to get back to normal.

You could be pregnant but it's highly unlikely. I found my period was all messed up after I had my kids for almost a year. I was totally regular before but never on time after. Sometimes I would be early, sometimes late. The combo of bfing and the pill will do that until your hormones are back in whack.

If you are breastfeeding it is common to not get a period. I didnt get my period the whole time I nursed my second son. My first I got my period after 5 months.. So get a pregnancy test, it isnt likely, but you are very fertile after having a baby, and if you have been nursing and bottle feeding your body may be recieving the signal that you are weening, and you could get pregnant then.. There are many factors to consider because I dont know your routine, but go to walmart and get a test!

You usually dont have your period when you're breastfeeding.

If you gave birth three months ago, its only been 6 weeks since you started a cycle. Since you bleed for around 6 weeks after anyway.

The pill for milk production is a hormone therapy pill, and it iwll change things up again. You probably wont have a regular cycle until you're done breastfeeding.
