Not that small amount. Food Network's "Food Detectives" did a test, and it took a lot of poppy seed bagels (I think it was more than 10) in a day to show up as anything on the drug test. A hot dog bun has a lot fewer poppy seeds than even one bagel, so I wouldn't worry about it.
