At my job, sometimes I have given an individual more than 30 pills a day...
Personally, I dont have any prescription meds to take.... Maybe some occasional vitamin pills, or some advil liqui-gels for 'that time'.... lol

Properly balanced meals give me all the minerals and vitamines . I do not like supplements at all . Exception is just snack or powerbar when on the road .
