New Orleans. When it flodded it was contaminated by pollutansts from every open sewer, chemical conatiner and other odd source of sludge and slime and chemicals that can possibly exist in a typical American City. That water stood for weeks and months in some cases and seeped into the ground. All that contamination is still there and will be there, spread all over where the flood waters stood. I can't believe that people actually WANT to go back to that City. I wouldn't go there if it were the ONLY place left on the planet. Cancer rates are going to begin to skyrocket in that area of the nation over the next few years and decades from all the exposure to all those contaminants. New Orleans needs to MOVE from that patch of ground, period.
