I would encourage you to read "How to Get into the Top MBA Programs," by Richard Mountak. Aside form just helping applicants set themselves apart from other MBA candidates, this book thoroughly discusses the pro's and cons of full-time, part time and executive MBA programs. It's a great read for anyone interested in learning more about MBA programs.

I would have to say yes, providing your young enough to get the payback. Assuming your want to operate your own business, through the MBA program you will make the professional contacts you will need to get a company off the ground.
