No I have heard that robotussen (the regular kind) helps to increase cervical mucus thus aiding in conception.. but geritol.. no

Where is this information coming from? Vitamins do not help women conceive. There are no magic minerals in there that will help a woman regulate their hormones. Just because someone took them once and got pregnant doesn't mean anything. It just means that it was their time to get pregnant. If you ARE TTC you should take prenatal vitamins for 3-6 months prior to build up your Folic Acid levels to help prevent certain birth defects.
