I have lots of snails in my fish tanks but Do I want them to Meow?
No the Cats are very good at doing that and if the Snails did it I'd never hear my frogs singing!

we have an african land snail, hes huge, around the size of a tennis ball, and around 10 inches long...
and if he miowed im sure the cats and the dog would find him more interesting
