My husband and I haven't been able to get pregnant in 5 years. I have PCOS and I just had endometriosis surgery. I have been on Clomid and Metformin. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me.

IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Indian Med Guru Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment; IUI surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Indian Med Guru Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

Some peoples health insurance covers fertility treatments. Check with yours and see. Certain states require it if your place of employment has at least 25 employees. Check with your states website and see. I would suggest seeing a specialist like an RE to have further tests and discuss treatment options. I know a lot of women on here say Clomid and Meformin don't work that well on women that have PCOS that they had to use injectible meds.

Best wishes ttc!!!

Some of the IVF places offer financing,I was also looking into it because I only have one tube and I did concieve after they removed my right tube from a tubal last yr I lost the babt at 21 weeks and have been unsucessful in trying since April. Some of the places I have found here in Md say that as long as you work and make over $65,000 a yr between the both of you, they will finance. So look into the place itself.
