Dribbles can be from prostate issues or very week pc muscles.
Can he stop peeing in mid stream?
Diabetes can also cause this.

Some will come out, but don't worry - there is plenty still up in there! And, you don't need to elevate the pelvis or do anything. People get pregnant all the time standing up and having sex. Besides, the sperm will swim around even when you're walking around since they stay active in there for 5 days or so after you have sex (and, the ejaculates), and can fertilize and egg then. Not like you need to be on bed rest to get preggo! Relax and have fun. That's when it'll happen. Good luck and baby dust!

If you are trying to conceive then, you must run to a doctor.
You wrote, "when my husband ejaculates it drips out......"? My q? to you is is it always like this or it has started happening recently after you were trying to conceive a child.
Depends on many things.
I am enclosing a copy of my article on the subject and also my a response to a similar Q? by another lady.
It should explain all.

Conceiving
By
minootoo.
See a gynecologist with your husband. The doctor may ask your husband to see an urologist with you.
This way you will eliminate any health problem that might be keeping you from conceiving, by medicating them or correcting it with procedures.
Gynecologist will give a kit, it is a natural method to conceive, it will have instructions some blank charts for record keeping and it will have a thermometer to check temperature, under the breast of the female partner.
Make sure you read the instruction in the office and ask the doctor whatever you do not understand; doctor or nurse on duty will explain it to you and the partner.
Conceiving is a perfect science.

My repply to similar Q?
This is normal.
Any thing else is possible, but here is my take on your inquiery. You have lots of good answers, and some bad advise.
Since you wrote,"there are no other problems in our life and he seems to be happy man. just ------.
All man have different amount of eject able fluid build up in a given time period, so most do run on empty, from time to time. In the beginning of the marriage there is lots of built up capacity.
But for your peace of mind he may want to see a Urologist.
You wrote "I have been noticing that my husband is not really interested in sex and its getting problematic esp coz now we want to try to have kids".
Some man may get cold feet about the kids. But if you are sure that he does want a child then it is very easy, see a Gynaecologist and a urologist together. They can run few test and provide all natural method, instructions, and a kit to record peak period for conceiving, and keep good record of the activity and a thermometer to take body temperature to determine optimum period for conceiving.
See your gynaecologist and in private confidencial manner tell him what you wrote here, and more, if you can do it on public forum then you should not be shy about it in the privacy of the office of a doctor. Then she/he will recommend a plan of action. You may need to talk to an urologist first also, in your husband's absence, so the doctor can have exact picture about your relationship. Your husband may not be as open and more shy then you.
There are very good drugs on the market for every things, now a days. So you must take advantage of it.
Problem may be "at work stress" related.

If you're expecting porn-flick ballistics, no ordinary guy will deliver what you're looking for. Even if he could squirt a few inches when he was younger, it might not actually get thrown clear of his penis as he ages.
I honestly can't imagine that distance squirting makes much difference in impregnation. Vaginal walls are normally close together unless something separates them, so a squirt or a dribble inside will go about equally far. Pregnancy depends more on sperm quality, which is unrelated.

He needs to get a little more active. Is he out of shape? Cardiovascular activity is great, and somewhat related to overall circulation. If he he has old sport injuries and aches that he needs to work through, he should see a chiropractor to get the neuro pathways open.
Also, does he masturbate by himself alot? Sometimes, if I meet earlier with Rosey Palmer, and them my wife surprises me with an instance of periodic sexuality, I will drip as opposed to gush. If I know she's coming home from a trip, let's say, and I wait a few days, I can spurt for distance.
The sperm itself shouldn't be too effected, unless he is clearing his pipes too much, and his sperm count can't recover fast enough to blast for babies. Good luck!

Could be a prostate problem. When your prostate is inflamed/infected, it's difficult to maintain erections and ejaculate doesn't come shooting out. Prostate problems can also cause pre-mature ejaculation. Does he have problems with that? If so, make an appointment for him to see a urologist just to check his prostate.

Maybe he's playing with himself behind your back. He's still young enough to be shooting sperm out his penis not drooling it like an old man.
Wait a few days before the next time you have sex. Maybe he just needs time to build up testosterone to squirt. As long as sperm is making it's way inside of you, I don't think it will effect you not getting pregnant.

It wouldn't make any difference as far as getting pregnant; I don't think the sperm are affected at all by whether semen drips or shoots out.

You don't state your husbands age, but in any case it doesn't lessen the potency of his sperm, or your ability to conceive.
