I promise you, this is a waste of money! This is superstitious nonsense (or a blasphemous idolatry, if you prefer). It will have no effect whatsoever on the sale of your house.

Yup - bury it upside down. I've seen it work first hand. This 92 year old widow had to sell. We had it on the market for 90 days. Then one day, I got a call from an agent who wanted to make an all cash offer, full price. When I called her to tell her the good news, she said she had just finished burying the statue. It was one of the easiest sales to date.

Upside down, near the for sale sign, facing the street. I bought one but haven't put my house back on the market yet to be able to use it. No one wants a contingent offer in our area and I'm not willing to sell our house without knowing we have one to go to.

I've heard that too but you're supposed to bury them in your yard upside down in order for your house to sell.

Remember to bury a Kewpie doll next to it, or the spell won't work
