How can people facilitate other people in laying a basis for working together on an international level to establish a further cooperation of possible global projects?

The publishing company that I work for is a global business which sells text books in about 80 countries. I routinely work with people in other countries to complete the projects I'm working on.

We do all work together to achieve goals. We are working with people in Japan, Canada and Brazil now where I work.
