Mentally stable and emotionally torn, generally.
It really depends on the given day, and my hormonal state, also whether or not I've worked myself into a froth over what I'm sure will prove to be mere trivialities years from now....

Visit a doctor and talk to them about your symptoms. If you are suffering from depression or another mental or emotional illness then you can get treatment. Give yourself a chance before you give up on yourself. If you think there is a danger that you might hurt yourself or your daughter then it might be best to have a friend or family member stay with you, or you with them, until you can get some help. Depression and other mental illnesses are hard, but you can overcome. Unless you have exhausted treatment and you still think its in your daughter's best interest its too soon to seriously consider other care for her. If it takes a long time to see a doctor where you are, consider Cognitive Therapy, which you can do yourself as a way to redirect how you think and react. Its effective in treating mood disorders. Good luck.
