I have had multiple jobs over the past 10 years I can remember close to when I worked at them , but I do not remember the exact dates. Is there a way to get my exact dates of employment?

Unless you personally kept track of it, I don't know where you would look. If you have your past tax returns, that might be a good place to start.

You have to write to ask for the exact dates at the places of employment.

If you know the business names, their locations and years you worked there, that will be adequate.
For employment history you generally do not need exact dates. Otherwise you might need to call each company and ask their HR dept.

No one is keeping track of that. You're supposed to. If you can't remember the exact dates just put your best guess. At this point exact dates don't really matter that much anyhow.

If you've had money taken out of your check for social security at any of these jobs, the social security administration has a record of it. They keep the name and address of the company, as well as the dates you worked there. Go to ssa.gov and find the nearest office to you and you can contact them.

You can't. If you don't know, nobody is going to be able to provide that info to you. You could check with the former employers, but they are unlikely to have records 10 years back.
