Go to sleep early, really this helps. Before you go to sleep have a clean room, and your blinds open! Waking up to a bright room makes your day wonderous. Wash your face, and eat on your couch. If you have a big project or assignment 'today,' be an optimist, think good things and laugh about it! Hope I helped! Let me know.

unfortunately I'm not Seeker but here's rightside_up.
I do my usual male activities - if you get my drift.
then since I've prepared my clothes and stuff from last night I can wait the last moment to get ready.
& as you can see I'm not rightside up so I do a little yoga stretches when I have that motivation.

what you get in the early in the morning is from what you did prior going to sleep don't get drunk before you sleep so you won't have hang over when you wake up.have enough sleep so you won't be tired when you wake up.you can exercise take a shower and have a good breakfast and you will have more energy most importanly be happy.

Spiritual - Prayer and Intimate Worship
Physical - Stretching, Drink Fiber, Get sunlight for vitamin D, Brush your teeth, Shower if you want.
Emotional - Affirmation and Touch with your spouse or love ones. have sex if necessary.

Well I pretty much just drag through gettin ready and have to jump up to get going!
But usually in my car on the way to work, listening to music is what wakes me up best!

I take a hot bath, eat a good breakfast and collect my stuff for the day.
Caffeine makes me feel sick, and coffee tastes awful so that is not an option for me.
