What do you say or do to show that you love the one you're with?

I think the word love has lost its meaning, because now a days people use it too freely, just to get what they want out of people, and because of that its makes it harder for people who actually loves someone for the other to believe them. I'm not sure what your able to do in other for them to start believing you. The only thing you can do is just stay with them and give them all the care and love that your willing to give them. It takes time, but if they don't show the same feeling that your showing to them, then don't be afraid to find someone else who will.

I think the definition of the word "love" has been diluted. Inone breath one seems to say something like "I LOVE those jeans!" Or, "I LOVE that restaurant!" In the next breath, "I love my husband," "I love my daughter," etc. I will NOT put my husband and daughter on the same level as what I like an inanimate object. Yes, I really like the food at the local Mediterranean restaurant. It's one of the few restaurants that not only has straight vegan (or very easily made vegan) food, but something I can't duplicate at home. (Whole wheat pitas and organic hummus from Trader Joe's just doesn't compare, though it's still good and a bit cheaper.) Also, I can get a meal for under $6. Can't beat that. That doesn't begin to compare to the full, unconditional awesome love and amazement of God actually blessing me with them, that I have for my husband and daughter.
Anyway, I'm digressing.

It's been over used by teenagers so it's consider less value nowadays.

yes it has. and i stay faithful to show him. iv'e never said i love you to him. it's passed around too much . the others said it but i show it.
