Yes, I try not to watch news anymore. I take every bit of it personal and I cry and get depressed! Yeah I know...that's quite pathetic, but one thing I haven't been able to desensitise myself from is the pain and trauma that comes with violence. ♥

I try not to.
I try to help others and the news is normally about those I can not help in problems that are not normally concluded.
For that reason I scan the news and the newpapers to see what is there but not to focus on anything in particular....
