Same day, urgent or otherwise. To see a specific GP I might wait two weeks but I can't see the point - all the GPs in my practice are fantastic.

Usually the same day and then arriving at appointment time, we're called right away. Old GP used to have us wait for up to five hours in the waiting room.

Emergencies are seen the same day and usually have to wait a day to see any doctor at the surgery. If a doctor is specifically asked for it could be a couple of days.

About a week. Although if you have an emergency you can go on the same day between 4pm-5pm and wait to be seen by a practice nurse.

I have done very well, I got an appointment today, it is in 3 weeks. It's about time I changed my Doctor, I think. The problem is that they have too many patients on their books. This is due to the Doctors greed !

We have four Doctors, so it depends who you want to see,
If you don't mind seeing anyone then it could be the same day.

Depending on your complaint in my area it can be 3 weeks to 2 months. That's why our ED is so busy, no one can get in with their doctor!
