I've looked at some tutorials but not any help

Do some research on a "MAILTO" form should give you some clues.

I know I'm being a bit cryptic here, but the best way to do this is for you to figure it out yourself. That way you'll remember.

You will need to have some server side code prepared to read that form data and send the email. There are numerous CGI, PHP, ASP, etc ways of doing this. I don't know what server side language you are using, so I can't really give you a code sample.

It kind of depends on what language your using. I wouldn't recommend using straight HTML. If PHP is installed on your server use this tutorial: http://www.trap17.com/index.php/php-contact-form_t4780.html
