Try calling the county municipal court...

"Does this information have to be listed at the courthouse?" - No, it is not listed at the courthouse.

"How do you find who's listed as power of attorney over someone?" - Only real way is to ask them.

If someone has power of attorney they will show you the signed document.

They would have to tell you, you can not get that information on your own, it would be in there well.

it should be notarized and also at the regiter of deeds office. if it is not- then it could be challenged. if it is not notarized then i wouldnt trust it and challenge it.
