...she types too slow with that hunt & peck method. Do have any suggestions to increase her efficiency? I don't think she can afford to eat enough peanuts on her unemployment check.

Who hires a typist who hunts and pecks? Didn't they give her a typing test first? Typing is a skill...you have to keep practicing to get faster...
