When he was a young boy, it started as him scamming an extra ice cream cone at the ice cream place and throwing it into the public blue mailbox - about once a week.

Now, as a grown man, he swiped a stack of important mail from a place because he feels that he was ripped off there, and he is now enjoying looking through all this mail....

How would you even begin to diagnose this behavior?

This man can't be diagnose for this behavior - it's beyond that now, he needs to be stopped and held accountable for his actions.

I would JUST..... Contact the FEDERAL MAIL FRAUD CENTER..... at the US Post OFFICE!

There you will be in contact with A Postal Inspector!

If it is YOU you need help from a professional. If it is someone you know for heaven's sake turn them in as it is a Federal Law....and punishable, then maybe he will learn his lesson.
