There are no exact Google matches. I will attempt to say it's:
Hues Corporation (1974) - Rock The Boat
So I'd like to know where, you got the notion
said I'd like to know where, you got the notion
to rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
rock the boat, don't tip the boat over
rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
rock the boat-t-t-t-t
Ever since our voyage of love began
your touch has thrilled me like the rush of the wind
and your arms have held me safe from a rolling sea
there's always been a quiet place to harbor you and me
Our love is like a ship on the ocean
we've been sailing with a cargo full of, love and devotion
So I'd like to know where, you got the notion
said I'd like to know where, you got the notion
To rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
rock the boat, don't tip the boat over
rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
rock the boat-t-t-t-t
Up to now we sailed through every storm
and I've always had your tender lips to keep me warm
oh I need to have the strength that flows from you
don't let me drift away my dear, when love can see me through
Our love is like a ship on the ocean
we've been sailing with a cargo full of, love and devotion
So I'd like to know where, you got the notion
said I'd like to know where, you got the notion
To rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
rock the boat, don't tip the boat over
rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby
rock the boat, don't tip the boat over
**REPEAT with ad-lib to fade**

This “Best Answer” is wrong and ridiculously off target. “Rock the boat” sounds like the two people in a man/woman relationship are not working together to keep the relationship going but are pushing the limits. The question was about who sang “Rock the Man in the Boat” which apparently is a bar song or shock song. From a search and using discreet words to express the results, (little) man in the boat is a comical description of a woman's private part and “rocking” it is done for her to achieve sexual gratification. Performing searches for songs on “Man in the Boat” and its variations produce multiple songs on the subject, some blatant and others subdued where they are making a pun about whether they are talking about an actual man in a boat or the results revolving around manipulating a woman's private parts either by herself or with a partner. I would be too embarrassed to listen to such songs in mixed company let alone dance to it. But then what do I know. When Trojan offered their new $40.00 personal vibrators for free on public streets with photographers in various major cities like NYC and Boston, 4000 people showed up in NYC alone. And apparently, no brown paper bags! By the way, I am male if my screen name doesn't show that.

It depends on the artist really. I think that women with strong powerful voices are really good at singing rock but overall if you compare the two, because of the style of music it is, I think men are better than women. But it's all a matter of opinion really.
