We filied a Chapter 13 back in 2006 and with that we can't get any loans with out the trustees approval first but i didn't know that till after I got this one small loan and we have moved since all this and found the paper work. I have had the loan for allmost 9mos and has been paid on time and we did it with out the permission If they found out buy our taxes this next yr that we have one. do you Know if they would just dissmiss our bankruptcy or what? It's really bothering me and don't know what to do we have 1 and a 1/2 yrs left for this bankruptcy and we have a % of what we have to pay back to the court for the old creditors so if anyone has gone threw this let me know. We didn't know all the stuff we couldn't do till I found the paper work from the lawyers office they where so slow. Thanks

They might Flag you if you have not reported it. Some people do get away with it. I have heard of many people doing this, but like I said, some gt falg and have to claim it with what they owe to others. Becareful and be honest. No need to get any more bad credit or bad reports on your credit history.

I have many friends file Chapter 13. Just be honest so it doesnt haunt you later.

Your between a rock and a hard place! Not knowing is not an excuse that the courts or the IRS will except. If I were you I'd go ahead and file in a manner that anyone else would. If your caught you can say you didn't know and show how you have remained current on your payments. Then let the chips fall where they may. I doubt they will catch it to be honest.

Basically contempt of court, where told you could not, but did anyway, will they find out? Yes Loans are reported as income for the loan office and the IRS, so when they file their P & L or tax statements guess who is listed?
