Sort of but Leo Echagaray was not silenced because he knew too much and was a risk to security or whatever. He was forever silenced because it was the price he had to pay for the crime he committed against his daughter. Rape is a very serious crime and you can't even start to think what it does to the life and future of the victim. What it's impact is on one so young and one who trusted his father, maybe not biological but still the father figure, for protection and security only to have him commit the heinous crime himself. Not that I advocate lethal injection or some other legal means to curtail the life of a criminal but, I have to think of the plight of the victim and his/her family. What if it were to happen to me or to any of my children or grandchildren? Would I let these things be and keep my silence? Wouldn't I be the first to cry for justice and seek revenge, even if revenge is not mine to give? If the shoe is on the other foot....or, if the table was turned on you...?

i am against death penalty. i believe that only God can take away the life of another human being. i believe in justice and leo should be punished for his heinous crime. i believe that leo should be punished but not the death penalty.

Leo Echagaray... you mean the guy who got legally whacked through lethal injection for raping his daughter?
Anyway... here's a star... don't spend it all in one place.

You look so serious now. And yeah why change the nickname too? Oh well, I like both but the older one is more comic. :]
