We all Know That Freddie Was Sick During 1986. So my question is, do you think modern didtal recording equipment actually manipulated the pitch of his voice? Or maybe before 1986 like in 1973-1980?

It is possible but also some singers just work through the sickness as long as their vocal cords will work. The only people who would know if his vocals were manipulated would be the record label and the band. But I don't think it happened because a lot of his taped performances sounded close to the tracks and it would probably have cost a lot more back then than it does today or taken more effort to change his voice.

He was sick, dying of AIDS, but that did not affect his vocal chords. The man was without equal, his voice is what made him amazing, and digital equipment in the 70's and 80's would have a hard time replacing the tone, pitch, and vibrato of his voice without noticable differences. Don't forget they played live even when he was suffering from Aids.
