Be careful with EMS because there is the EMS Cooperative whose UK representative is Parcelforce. You just contact your nearest Post Office or Parcelforce Worldwide Depot. The following page gives you the means to find your nearest depot. http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw/finder

However I have heard that there is a scam about which makes use of the EMS name.

Take him to the vet. I have a ****-a-poo (cocker spaniel, poodle cross) and recently found out that they are predisposed to back problems. Mainly slipped or ruptured disk. Whenever we would visit relatives who have 2 big dogs he'd be on the go with them. When we'd return home he'd do nothing but sleep for about 3 days. The vet told us his back was probably bothering him, and yes he'd generally throw up which I assumed was people feeding him junk when we'd visit. His back finally got really bad, he was paralyzed in his back legs. He was on steroids for about a week, and another med to settle his stomach as the steroids were really hard on his stomach. After 6 weeks bedrest and I mean complete bedrest, I had to carry him outside to do his biz, even holding up his backend because he couldn't stand he has slowly recovered. He is now not allowed to jump into our truck, we have to lift him and we had to get a doggy step so he can get up and down off our couch. Oh yeah, his appetite never suffered either, in fact I think he even ate more than normal (he has never really cared for dog food) so it was weird. Well hope this might help, I had no idea my dog had a condition that needed to be addressed and now am much more careful with him as I want him around for at least a couple more years - he's 11.

If you can't get hold of them, neither will your customers .. go find a Courier Service that responds to customer needs instead ..

IF, on the other hand, you have ordered and paid for some goods & they have not arrived, contact the seller and demand the seller sort it out ... EMS was their choice, let them take the pain ..
(if they refuse, inform your Credit Card company of the attempted fraud & get the transaction reversed)

FINALLY if you have received an eMail 'out of the blue' asking you to pay "EMS Courier Service" to receive some "valuable goods", you can be 100% sure it's a SCAM ..
