I grew up in the 70s and 80s..Back then "Hair Bands" were sprouting up left and right...Like, Britney Spears and a frat party.Dokken had just made the radio waves with Breakin the Chains..
Kiss has always been one of my all time favorite ever since i heard Black Diamond..
I started playing the guitar and bass because of them.
And now the 3! Rush and Triumph have also played a part in
my love for the Guitar..Rush has 3 members and so does Triumph...And last but not forgotten. Iron Maiden and Greek Mythology"The song Flight of Icarus"...Represents my icon!

My screen name is a combination of the first name my parents gave me at birth, and the last name my parents gave me at birth. My avatar represents me in that it is a digital image of me that was captured using a 7.2 megapixel Sony digital camera.
In regards to another comment -- when you get a thumbs down, it doesn't mean people are humorless, same as how getting rejected by somebody you ask out on a date doesn't mean that person is a homosexual.

It was created pre internet, and up until recently was unique enough to not show up in searches. But since the Zope Apache, eh, deal it has started to disappear as name I can register with, dang it. I had it first.
Avatar is a fair representation, but, has more hair as the only other choice in avatar has oooo, a lot less, although, getting there... :D

my screen name is broken♥wings. i changed it to this because i was upset. really emotional. i changed my avatar along with it to this one. she's looking down that the city. she's alone. on the edge and doesn't know how to fly. it represented how i felt at the time. i should change it. but, i haven't quite found an avatar that represents what i'm feeling right now. when i do, i'll change it along with my screen name.

I put my avatar up because I thought it was a cute picture. After I did so, I realized it didn't fit the name I had, so I changed my name to fit my avatar picture. And that way people get to address me as, "Hey, Babe..." which makes me feel good all day long.

My screen name comes from the fact that I grew up in a town outside of St.Louis, that was well known for a large steel mill, and I like wearing cowboy hats and boots, this avatar is my favorite pair of boots.

my screen name can be translated a few ways, but i take it as "that's life"... it's just a phrase that helps me to deal with the tough times and try to stay positive
my avatar changes alot... i guess i just haven't found something yet that truly represents me
