The age of consent in PA is 16. Someone 16 or older can have a sexual relationship with anyone else that is 16 or older.

Anyone having a sexual relationship with someone under 13 commits a crime regardless of their age.

If the younger person is between 13 and 16 then the older person can be no more than 4 years older.

Are there laws like this in PA???

I would think your biggest worry would be if both parties are of a legal age rather than the difference of ages.............

Any ages are OK. If one person is under 18, and one 18 or older, the older one can be charged with statutory rape if the relationship involves sex.
