If you are asking what SOME of the problems are, then you are obviously aware that there are problems; AVOID THEM.

In other words, don't have your breasts enlarged; the problems far outweigh any advantage.
Aside from the size looking silly on your body, consider the extra weight - and therefore strain on your back.
Also, not only leakage, poor healing, swelling/infections but possibly encapsulation - this will entail having the implants taken out again; not a very pleasant thought.

I think it has been said by most people here - be pleased with your body as it is... ...after all, it was meant to be that way. And I can confirm, we guys DON'T all prefer girls with big boobs.

The course of breast enlargement and fat loss elsewhere is quite variable so stopping meds doesn't always show noticeable improvement over several months. Any changes for the better can be quite slow (fancy X-ray tests can pick up in a study but the patient might not notice much for 6-12 months). Avoiding D4T probably is a good idea. There are studies underway with growth hormone or growth hormone releasing factor to see if that helps breast/abdominal/buffalo fat enlargements. Exercise, diet, checking key hormone levels can help sometimes.

You end up looking a bit freaky with half footballs stuck to your chest instead of normal natural breasts. Don't now about other men, but fake **** are a big turn off for me.

There are LOTS of problems that could occur.

Leaking, incisions not closing, getting infections.

Size too big to look proportional.

Etc.

Unless its causing health issues people should love the size they are. Guys like all shapes and sizes.
