There are alot of them, but I would have to say spending a little time by myself away from my husband and children to realize that I am still a person not just a mom and wife. I do love them with all my heart, but sometimes a woman needs to be by themselves at time and no it is not being selfish. I tell them I still love you, but I need time to relax and regroup. My husband and daughter are supportive of this and that just makes me love them more each day. I have a great life and a wonderful little family.
