A completely re-done bathroom (the one I have should be condemned and my landlord promised me a new one 14 months ago!)

and last but MOST importantly,
A DRYER! ours makes a horrible loud screaching sound that can be heard throughout the house and could nearly wake the dead. its time for it to go to the scrap yard!
