to compare try putting your b@lls in a vice and slowly squeeze them for about 10 hours, getting tighter and tighter until........they P O P!!!!
that's about the same.

I say giving birth. I don't have b@lls and so have never been kicked, but the pain from that only lasts for a short while. The pain from giving birth lasts the rest of your life. LOL.

Neither I think. I've given birth and yes its painful, especially the recovery time after a c-section. You cant even walk for the first 2 days. But more painful than birth was having my tailbone sliced because I had a cyst on it. Having the bandages changed was the worst pain I've ever felt in my life.

In the extreme short term (seconds) I would guess getting kicked in the balls... then they kinda swell up and turn all purply, slowly going numb, til all that's left is a gut wrenching dull throbbing cramp that grabs from the tops of your abdominals to the back of your buttocks, during this time, the smell of fresh pepper permeates your senses, as waves of nausea emanate from your intestines up through your chest. As you are lying there, dry heaving, trying not to pass out, pondering whether this feels better or child birth, all I can say is, "Thank god I don't have to find out!!!!"

I wouldn't know because I've done neither.
But I would think that giving birth would be.
Especially since your vagina is stretched and your hip bones spread apart to allow a human being to pass through a hole that is 50 times smaller than what is passing through it.
Most guys that I've seen get hit in the balls can walk around a few minutes afterwards.....let's see if you can walk around a few minutes after giving birth.

Well there's no possible way for anyone to know which is more painful because no one can go through both of them.
I say giving birth is more painful. It was for me anyway.

erm giving birth is obviously gonna be painful!
just imagine a 6-8 once baby naturally going through a tiny vagina hole? it's very painful that women scream the hospital down.
