Put the clock radio accross the room loud on the worst music you ever heard.. This was a problem I had and I had an alarm clock right by my bed and when it went off it would wake me up but I went right back to sleep after turning it off.. But two minutes later... The radio clock went off and it made so much noise and pissed me off so much I got up and then my school work got on time... Good luck.. Grant M in Pennsylvania

You need an alarm clock and don't snooze unless you set the time about 20 minutes ahead so it gives you alittle more time to sleep in...Try getting to bed at a decent time so your not that tired in the morning...Have a good breakfast or grab a breakfast bar on the go to stimulate your enegery....A hot/warm shower helps in the morning...Let all these things be your focual point to get you at least out the door in the morning....

My bf is just like this he sets his alarm for 1 1/2 hours before he actually needs to be up because hitting that snooze button so many times actually starts the process of him finally getting up annoying as it is too me it works for him and that is what is most important

umm why is this question asked in the "marriage&divorce" section???
But.. Ill answer it.... Set the alarm, put the volume at max and put it on some annoying station and put the alarm clock away from the bed out reach... the annoying station will force you to get up and turn it off...then you are out of bed.

Get out of bed when the alarm goes off. Have a cup of coffee and some breakfast. Join the rest of the world, or it will pass you by.
