Binomial nomenclature is how organisms are classified. Binomial is Latin for - 2 names.
Coli is Latin for - of the Colon.
So, the only thing these organism would have in common is they may be found in the Colon.

They are actually not the same genus or species.

Obviously they have different genus names.
However, the same species means that they are the same kind of organism ... it's not just a name. Even though they have the same species name, these bacteria are not the same species. Why would they be in different genera if they were the same species?

The answer you need is not among the four choices.
