LOL what a coincidence. My 360 blast says dumber than a Trout bitin on a rubber Cricket.

I have to assume two things. First of all "Fiber Fill" is a trade name commonly associated with the material used in pillows/ clothing/ etc. as an alternative to foam or Feathers.

I then have to assume IT is blended with "cement" though I cannot imagine why; or a benefit. Certainly it analogizes to fiberglass; but I can't think of it as a GREEN method in construction.

Finally I'll assume "IT" is hyped as adding strength.

Reminds me of an earlier Q regarding "Papercrete"

I believe you are talking about fiber mesh concrete. This is concrete reinforced with a synthetic fiber that is mixed into the concrete before you pour the concrete. I do not think you change the concrete mix when using the product. The fiber mesh is supposed to help stop the development of shrink related cracks forming in the concrete and allow the concrete to develop a little more strength.

I think you have the wrong wording. There is now concrete mixed with fibers that are supposed to make it possible to use without rebar or wire reinforcement. It is about $5 a yard more expensive than standard concrete.
