I've been married for 8 years. We are going through extreme troubles right now, which are mainly due to me. I have turned over a new leaf and am very sincere with it. I have changed for myself, her, and my child. For 2 months, I've been doing everything possible to make things better, but I get over anxious and blow it. As soon as we make a stride forward, I get stupid. How do I put these things out of my mind and let it happen. Things could get better if I would let it

Remember the story of the tortoise and the hare. It's the slow and steady that gets the job done. Set your sites on what is necessary to achieve that long lasting goal and stay the course. Exercise raises the endorphin level and gives you a real positive feeling, give that a go and good luck to you.

You have to get it in your head that if you want a good life with her that you need to change FOREVER! Two months is nothing and you can't expect her to trust you because you changed for a misly two months. This is a lifetime commentment, PERIOD! Grow up, be a man and DO IT!

Are you saying your are no longer friend of cheeba? Is that the new leaf you are turning? Maybe you need the cheeba, some people do....so long as it isn't excessive and only occasional use I see nothing wrong with it.

Keep moving forward no matter what. Whatever it is that you are doing to "blow it" get HELP with. Join a support group; get counseling...something.

go to counseling...they will help you sort out your feelings and help you vent and get your frustrations and anxieties out in a productive way rather than blow it. It won't be forever...and you don't need to tell anyone...but it will definitely help you navigate thru this.

Good Luck!!!
