my wife and i have separated - she still controls my entrire wages each month, and the new car, office cell phone, and has even asked me to let her know when i want to come and collect my things to see if its convenient for her which it rarely is. she still arrives at the office and uses it as her base and expects me to come down to the office car park to open the gate to allow her access while she is in town to save her paying parking fee's. Even when i offered her the house she still was not satisifed as she wanted me to pay half the costs of any repair work that may need done in the future. At present i'm living off my my new partner and have been for a number of months. any advice would be appreciated. ps ex wife is 15 years older than me and quite dominating.

You need to make a stand and say no to her. If you lack the testicular fortitude for this you may need to get a divorce lawyer to arbitrate the divorce settlement. That way it will make clear lines as to what is expected of each of you. If you have those you will be able to point to them and tell your ex "look that wasn't part of the deal".

But basically you need to tell hear where to stick it.

bloody hell, she musta been something spesh for you to have married her in the 1st place, im a woman and even ive gotta sympathise with you. She sounds a real nightmare. Just stand up to her as basically it sounds like she`s bullying you and i bet she`s laughin her head of behind your back. I bet your new partner hates what she`s doing and it may even damage what you have with her, dont let that horrible woman win.

Seriously.....Take a stand. File for divorce, follow your legal requirements only and tell the nasty winch to go to hell! She takes because you allow it. Once she realizes that you have grown balls she will move to another victim. Do not be afraid of her, she can only do what you allow her to do to you.

Watch a couple of episodes of Crime Files and you'll get an idea of how to fix this shrew.

You should love her and be good to her, but don't let her run over you. She will respect you more if you stand your ground
