I havent masturbated in two weeks. Are there any benefits / drawback to continuing to do so (or not do so as the case may be). It's not that I lost my desire to do so, I just feel like "holding back" so to speak.

thx for your time.

I don't think you'll ever get a larger than normal sperm reserve, unless you're doing it more than once a day. Males can only produce a finite amount of sperm (think of our bodies... where would these 'larger than normal sperm reserves' be held?).

But despite that, everyone is pretty accurate. There aren't any benefits unless you're a chronic masturbater. In which case the answer above is correct: you're overpowering need to masturbate can get in the way of regular, daily tasks, etc.

Then, of course, there's the argument that if you do it a lot then you end up being "quick in bed." Whether or not that is true, someone else can confirm.

:)

It's entirely up to you. It's your body, and if rubbing your penis gives you pleasure, it can't possibly harm anyone else. But it's certainly not mandatory, and no harm will result from refraining from rubbing it. It's not good to be addicted to masturbation because it interferes with the other important things in your life. Other than that, how and how often you touch your own body is entirely your call. If you feel like holding back, then hold back. When you no longer feel like holding back, then don't. There is no duty either way.

I know the longer I hold off masturbating the more sensitive I am to getting erections (sometimes in awkward places) and when I finally do masturbate the longer I wait the more intense the orgasm and the greater amount of semen comes out. Sometimes thats why I try to hold off for a while.

let me give you a little insite from a woman's point of view....the benefit....wanting sex more (maybe) the drawback...when you do have sex, you will be a minute man! not masturbating makes you *** quicker....not good for a woman! women like a man that can last longer than 2 seconds...keep that in mind when you decide not to masturbate.

No benefits, no drawbacks. The only thing that'll happen is that you'll build up a larger sperm reserve, but eventually that'll just result in you having a "wet dream".

Dude, to avoid prostate problems in later life a man should *** 21x a month or more! There is benefit to masturbating, but not abstaining!

No good or bad about it either way. Your choice.
