actually, I hate people who come on here and presume to judge someone they dont know for their own personal medical decisions.
Bigotry makes me sick.

you know, judging people based on the situations they are in and the decisions that they make isnt a good thing to do. You can never fully understand another person's plight without having walked a day in their shoes so judging them based on what you think they did is ridiculous.
You say they should keep their legs closed, what if they were raped? What if they are too young and have no means of taking care of the child? What if they are with someone that they love, they find out they are pregnant and then that person becomes abusive towards them? There are a lot of different situations and not all of them include a person who is irresponsible or just doesnt want to have kids. If we were all judged based on what other people thought was right, we'd all be sitting in hell together burning side by side. Luckily, that's not how life goes. You should stop judging just because you have kids.
Im pregnant right now but when I first found out, I gave abortion a real thought. I felt like I was too young and I still had a life ahead of me and that I didnt need the burden of a child. Thats how i honestly felt. In the end, I couldnt do it, because it isnt the right choice for me. But im one person and I can't speak about what should and shouldnt be right for susie down the street or laura across the way. I can only speak for myself. Judgement is left of a higher power and that higher power doesnt included any of you on this message board.

Having an abortion is a huge thing for a woman and there is nothing wrong with her coming on here and asking for advice or maybe a bit of sympathy from other women who may have been there before.
With IS wrong however is people like YOU calling such women murders when you have no idea what their circumstances were and what brought them to their decision.
If you don't like topics where women discuss abortions then the solution is simple.... don't click on them.

i know but sometimes it happens in the wrong time. is no excuse cus if u dont want a baby u should make sure u take all the precautions...but....all these girls nowadays are so shallow and think afterwards when the damage is done all ready...
anyway an abortion is not nice and it really is difficult sometimes....wouldnt you prefer a kid to have decent parents or suffer afterward cus they are not capable??
the thing is everybody should be more responsible...how many mothers smoke and get drunk or drugs in front of theur kids or while pregnant?
i think who isnt capable shouldnt b a parent
here in england u al take paranting way too easy, when is such a delicate thing

Its not as clean cut as that!!! Some abortions will take place due to severe problems with unborn baby and god help those parents needing to make that heart wrenching decision to abort! I think to have an abortion because you got pregnant from being drunk or just not using contraception, is a different matter. Think before you open your mouth!!

No, what I do not like are judgemental people on here who think that sex is only for reproduction.
A few things -
1) 'Abortion is used as contraception'. No, it isn't. The law doesn't allow it to be so. Contraception fails sometimes.
2) 'Abortion causes breast cancer'. Another lie. The increase in breast cancer cases has been due to better detection rates and screening.
3) 'Abortion makes you infertile'. More lies! If done early enough, the cervix will return back to normal and if the woman wishes to get pregnant, there should be no problems.
4) 'Women feel guilt about having an abortion'. More rubbish. If they are 100% sure about going ahead with this then they will have no after effects pyschologically.
Finally, it is none of your business. And it's 'their', not 'there'.

I think that is a bit harsh, there are several reasons why a woman might need to have a termination and I am sure it is not an easy experience whatever the reason. I also don't consider it murder.

Firstly, WHAT PLANET ARE YOU FROM??!!
I HAD to terminate two of my pregnancies due to them being ECTOPIC. It was either myself and unborn child or my unborn child. I had to make a choice. And I made the right choice!
You don't have the right to judge people and certain circumstances and on this sort of matter you should hold your opinion to yourself!
Wonder if you were ever put in a position of IE.. ectopic pregnancy...rape....burst condom....or even a drunken night!!!??? What would you DO!!!!
I have went trough three lots of Assisted Conception to get where I am today....13 weeks pregnant.
You should go and get a bar of soap and scrub you filthy mouth out!!!!!

first off, if someone killed their own infant, they would be in jail. second, some women feel regret after an abortion, especially one that they were forced into. shame on you for having a cold heart and closed mind.
