yes, but it will slow the system down to the speed of the pc100 (even if you have pc133 installed as well).
That is very old memory, it should be very cheap to buy more 133 if you need it.

You have to make sure you use the exact memory which is already installed in your system. It is more than just this measurement, other factors count too. Go here:

There you can do a scan of your system and it will report what type of memory you currently have and what type you can install.
While it is not difficult to exchange and/or install additional memory, there is a certain way it must be done according to your particular motherboard, and you must be sure your motherboard can handle the type of memory you install, otherwise it will crash your system and be unable to boot up. However, if you do make a mistake, don't assume the system is toast, just remove the offending memory sticks and put the right ones in, and it will boot right up.
Make sure you read your motherboard manual, or your systems manual to see which is the correct way to install memory for your system. There are only a few ways to do it, but it is important you follow your particular models directions.

Go to crucial.com and use that buy your memory, it isn't much more to buy pc133 and is SOOO worth it in the long run, for performance and efficiency.
