Yes dear...this is so so lollygagging...well, you can't blame your creative mind for generating so many questions tis morning... (i'm trying to be more lenient now) haha! Anyway, in my case it's the knees. ;-)

The crotch always wears out first on my jeans which is the hardest part to patch. I usually like to patch jeans until they become patch material themselves and they mostly do that right away once the crotch rips out. The crotch is the most difficult area to repair with any hopes of it staying that way for long before ripping out again. Belt loops are second if some people you've known thought it was funny to grab them. They can be pulled off far too easily and can sometimes rip your jeans worse if that happens.

usually the cuffs. I buy the jeans that are tall, because the regular ones are "high-waters." So, the cuffs are usually down to my heals and I end up walking on them . . .

Cuffs but only because I wear my jeans too long sometimes

Mine don't wear out because I rarely wear them (Good old Levi's, by the way!) BUT: My husband is a carpenter and the knees always go first, followed by the right-rear pocket where he carries his square. We buy him Rustler's and they typically last about 6 months, though he continues to wear them long after they've "expired!"

It's a tie between the cuffs and the crotch...

What can I say? Sometimes I have an itch...

I wear out the cuffs because I am short (5'1") and have all sizes of heels.

Bottom cuffs.

I'm kinda short so the bottoms of my jeans always drag a bit and wear out first.....I just cannot find any that fit my height perfectly!

It depends, if you are meeting a lover or hanging out at home there is no need for underwear. However, if you are going somewhere public like shopping I would suggest you wear underwear.
