I dunno whats going on with the colts. As a pats fan I think its great to see them fail, but I respect them too, and the way they are playing is just ridiculous! PM with 6 (6!!) INT's. What should the colts do now to stop this 2-game skid?

The way the colts are playing, it makes it very obvious that they are not a complete team. With every1, they went 7-0. Now with only a couple of players missing, they are 0-2 in the past coupla games.

"they are still second best team in the NFL (when healthy) right below the
PITTSBURGH STEELERS!!!"
You must mean third, you forgot the pats at 1st.

is THE DON short for THE DON-KEY BRAIN. PATS 32nd. We'll mangle your Steelers. I'm so sick of people talking about the Pats cheating when they don't even know the whole story behind it. Get over it you losers and face the fact that the PATS are going to run roughshod across the NFL and win the Super Bowl with the largest margin of victory ever.
Did Don SHula complain when he beat the PATS 52-0 the year they went 17 - 0. I don't think so, so maybe he should
keep his yap shut as well.
Also quit crying about injuries. Brady won 3 Super Bowl with half the receiver talent that Manning has. Now that he actually has receivers look how much better than Manning he is.

Well, I'm a Pats fan too...I don't think they're really in crisis mode...Chances are the Chargers win was sort of a fluke...The Chargers didn't beat them...The Colts LOST the game...I was surprised to see Vinatieri blow 2 FGs...not so surprised to see Peyton choke...
Well, you just lost it when you described yourself as a Pats fan, but turned around and said the Steelers are the best team in the NFL...Sorry, but the PATRIOTS are the BEST TEAM IN THE NFL...

It's like that for any team who has injury problems. If the Pats were to lose Brady or Moss for more than one game you would see how average that team would be. The impressive thing about the Colts is that they are still close in their losses even though they are missing some very key people. It was nice to see Manning throw all those picks though. I can't stand him or his little brother.

The Colts will start to get their players back this week. I do not follow them, but watched the game and was amazed that they had only 17 offensive players. The 3rd WR who was on the field more than 50 plays had never suited in a game before. Their offense will improve, but now with Freeney out (and whinger Rice in) will we see an early 2006 defense return?
They will make the playoffs even though they may have to play an extra game now, but will still make the AFC championship game.

Crisis mode at 7-2? Hardly. They are missing a few key players but none of them are out for the year and should be returning before long. The only part that is mildly concerning about their injuries is the OL. Any QB, even a very good one like Manning, is only as good as the OL.

Colts aren't in crisis mode... yet. Just remember that in order to not make the playoffs the Colts have to lose 2 more. Their remaining games are against KC, ATL, JAX, BAL, OAK, and HOU. They should definitely win against Houston, Oakland, and Atlanta. They have a great chance against Jacksonville and Kansas City. With the lack of difficulty in their schedule- they'll make it. Just remember- no Marvin Harrison still and Dallas Clark didn't play yesterday.

I am a Pats fan. Hate the Colts, but I think Manning and Dungy will pull it together. They are both too smart to continue this downward slide. They had a couple of bad weeks. I believe they will get it together.

They'll be fine. They are missing some key players, but it seems like every team is this year. Dungy will figure out how to get it done with the players on the field and they will win their division and make the playoffs.

Not really, because they've lost two in a rows doesn't mean that they are sucks. IF you want to see the Colts that you used to see, wait till they get the full starting line-up back.

after having their undefeated record broken last year, they also lost the next game so they lost two in a row, and look where they ended up. they are fine, just beat up emotionally and physically from the pats game. they will recover just fine. just need to get healthy and not press so much. peyton looked like he wasnt relaxed at all.
