Normally around 2 percent, maybe 3 percent this time. Due to the war vets are getting a little more attention these days and an election helps as you well know.

i dont know but i know social security is going up like 20 something dollars in 2008.....

go to www.va.gov and they will give the % of increases. It depends on how many dependents the veteran has (if any).
