I was 28 when my wife cheated on me, had been married 10 years.. I divorced her and she wanted to come back after 2 1/2 monthes. We was divorced but I took her back. She cheated again 1 1/2 years later and again we got back together. After getting back together this 3rd time she cheated on me again after only 9 months.
We have been apart 7 months now, we have 3 kids. My son lives with me and we moved 350 miles away from her.
I love her very much.....just wish she could be commited and devoted like she was at one time.........the trust is hard to rebuild and it seems the temtation to cheat is hard for her....good luck.

My ex-husband had multiple affairs before I finally got up the courage to walk out and divorce him. The actual divorce was not a nasty one, and five years have passed since then. But my feelings remain the same - I despise him and always will, since he had - and still has - the morals of an alley cat. Getting a divorce doesn't change how you feel about the person. You may mellow a bit - I do still talk to my ex, since we do have children and sometimes need to discuss things, but in general, your feelings don't change.

I have a great friend who left his wife 8 months pregnant with their second child. 7 years later, she still despises him and always will. He remarried last year to a 21 year old and he's 36...(WOW, she's hot too! gold digger), she remarried to a really nice average guy. They don't talk and his mother is the main go between for the girls...sad, but true. They were friends since 10 years old and got married at 26..so 16 years of friendship, plus the marriage time, gone...all the fun and all those memories shot in the dark...

At the tail end of a divorce now,... good, he brought this upon himself by cheating the wound is to fresh and I have to think about myself now, I put him first for 31 years, it's my time now and I'm looking forward to move on and doing what I want to do.

If this goes through a nasty divorce, there's very little chance of trust ever being re-built. Too many issues to deal with.

I am 46 and I would not take him back if his affair ends. My ex and his secretary can have each other - they deserve each other and their cheating, lying, non-moral ways.

One spouse and I remained best friends for almost 40 yrs. until he passed away. The other I would not pee on if he was on fire.
