i dont really understand what you are saying...sorry...but i think its supposed to be what wife gets after her hsuband for retiring from the army and then divorces him...
if that is what you are asking...
it actually happens a lot. more often than you would think. the military causes rifts in a lot of families and for some of them its just too hard to take. and they get divorced....happens a lot...

Same thing as any other wife and divorce. It is a shame that after all that military life that couple gets divorced since I know how hard that life can be! Good luck and they should talk to a lawyer probably.

They spouse whether husband or wife that retires will recieve 50% of the benefits.

You'd need to see your lawyer about this one. I know it can happen - army life is hard on families. But I don't know the legal side of it. My ex got an army pension, and I got none of that. I just went to work and supported myself.

depends on if they go through the military courts or regular courts. military courts are more lenient on the wives. all she'd have to say is "my husband neglected me" and they'd rule in her favor.
