What are the types of farming practices and the problems faced by farmers in a village?

We farm in a co-op. We don't sell our goods on the open market. They are grown solely for consumption within the co-op. We have families responsible for growing the fruits & vegetables (that's us). Families that raise dairy cows. Families that raise beef cows. One family raises Emus. Families that have chickens and pigs. Families that grow the feed grain for the animals. One Vet who trades her services for food from the co-op.

We have farm dogs that work the farm and horses & mules that work the farm. Each family contributes their own farm equipment, but we all help to keep it repaired and in working order.

We don't face any unique problems. In fact, it's easier because we share everything. Plus we know that everything we are eating is fresh and healthy for us.
