i am scared and worry alot. im about 33 weeks now. and i have a very watery liquid that drips out down there when i stand up. i was told a few days ago i am 4mm dialated!
i also get lightning pains down there, but nothing as strong as contractions.
also my milk has been ready for some time now, but latley they have been itchy. i get very faint during the day and am starting to feel very tired and lazy.
i wanted to know if this was all normal, or if things could be happerning sooner than expacted.

Your doctor will be able to answer all your questions best and you should call him/her with your concerns. Meanwhile, it may sound kind of gross, but the fluid you leak may very well be urine. It is not uncommon for the bladder to be so squished by the growing baby and uterus that it acts a little incontinent. Wear a pad to prevent an embarrassing spots. It is also possible that your amniotic fluid is leaking out. This can happen and may or may not be cause for worry. If you are dilated already to 4 centimeters (not mm) it seems likely that your labor will probably come before 40 weeks. Did your doctor or midwife tell you that? I was dilated early with 2 of my 4 pregnancies, but each was born past their due dates anyway. That sharp pain in your vaginal area is normal. It hurts like the devil and is caused from the baby pressing on nerves and on the top of your cervix. Faintness may be a result of not eating and drinking enough. Eat 5-6 mini-meals to help keep your blood sugar balanced. Fatigue is very common in the first and third trimester. What your breasts are producing now is colostrum. Your milk will not come in until 2-5 days after your baby's birth. Leaking colostrum while pregnant is normal. While I never experienced itchy breasts, I have heard other moms talk about it. So, while all of these things could be perfectly normal, only your doctor can review all the symptoms and determine if they are cause for concern. I suggest calling the office and discussing your concern with the nurse.

Most of this is normal - i'm a mother of 2 and been through this. Pains are normal, although if you start bleeding, you should call your doctor IMMEDIATELY! your milk getting ready is normal also and so is being tired. you are getting ready for one of the biggest moments of your life and an extra 30 lbs. or more weight would make anyone tired and lazy. good luck!

I don't mean to scare you but if you are leaking fluid you need to see a doctor asap!! And are you 4cm dilated, because that's almost half way there and at 33 weeks you should be on strict bed rest if that is true!! CAL YOUR DOCTOR!!

do you mean 4 cm dilated?

and, your MILK wont be ready until after your baby is born. You may have a little colostrum, but not milk.
